M Note

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using M Note ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this App.

2. Description of Service

M Note is a personal management tool provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. The App's features, including but not limited to note-taking, contact management, and data backup and sharing, are subject to change or termination without notice at the sole discretion of the developers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data you create and store within the App.
• Data Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The App provides tools for local, manual, and Google Drive backups, but the developers are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.
• Security: If you set a security PIN, you are responsible for remembering it. There is no PIN recovery mechanism.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with your personal beliefs and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developers do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of M Note be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the developers have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

M Note is an independent, personal project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any religious or secular organization.
